Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
3-5 years previous Workshop Management experience
Able to apply business principles and processes applicable to own work area/environment under general supervision
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Ability to articulate - to relay information back and forth
Able to motivate the team to achieve the best results
