Qualifications:
Must be a Bachelor's degree in Administration or equivalent
Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role.
Experience in the After Sales Service Department is an advantage
With advanced experience with office management software like MS Office such as MS Excel (PIVOT), MS Word, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be detail-oriented
Solid knowledge of office procedures, responsible and hardworking
Ability to work under strict deadlines can work under pressure
Job Description:
Prepares reports for the Manufacturers/company as follows but not limited to Service Manpower Update, Non-F1 Report, Open repair orders, DCS
Prepares daily/weekly KPI reports and submits them to the Service Manager not later than 10:00 AM of the following day.
Prepares requests for uniforms, and safety shoes, and coordinates with the Purchasing Section
Maintains records and monitors technician training time and manpower turnover.
Assist Body and Paint(BP) personnel in preparing reports, typing quotations, and attending to BP customers when needed.
Maintains an updated and organized service department file.
Promotes 5S in the work at all times.
