Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Mechanical-related Work

Have the ability to understand Key Performance Indicators as indicated by the company.

Able to communicate and empathize with clients

Basic understanding of appointment setting; concept of follow-up

Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills

Results-Oriented; A Drivers License is a plus

Job Description:

Maintain a minimum of X units released per month (Determined as the department's monthly UR target divided by no. of Service Advisors) with a minimum peso amount per repair order.

Sales of at least 6 insurance policies per month.

Sales of at least 45,000 (1,500 per day) worth of accessories per month.

Continuous Study of Labor Time Guide.

Submission and Maintenance of WIP (Work in Progress) report.

WIP (Work in Progress) assigned to the Service Advisor should have an average aging days of not more than 30 days, and no transaction over 60 days upon opening of Repair Order.

Requires periodic and regular training accomplishments with corresponding achievements

Rigid compliance of service process assigned by brand and office. KPI shall include spot audit on Physical inspection, Basic mechanical inspection, Mastery of customer consultation and walk around, Mastery of customer concern verification sheets, Identification of workshop load; and Allocation of workshop load. Quality Control, Test Drive, Mastery of Review and Presentation of the completed repair order, Mastery of Presentation of importance of next repair order, Comeback Log.

Requirement to implement customer contact policies

Reporting and Documentation of Customer Complaints

Completion of Driver's License at the end of the probationary period
