Job Responsibilities

Suites Cleaning & Public area as per hotel standards.

Report maintenance & minibar consumption.

Report lost & found and damaged items.

Checks and secures the rooms.

Replenish amenities according to operational standards.

Ensure the security of guest rooms and the privacy of guests.

Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and at whatever time of day.

Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.

Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.

Education:
