We're looking for a Social Media Content Moderator to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive and secure experience for our platform users by reviewing and moderating user-generated content.

Here's what makes this role stand out:

Focus on what matters: This is a text-based moderation role, so there are no calls, chats, or emails to handle.

Compensation package: Earn a gross monthly salary of 1200 EUR (including base salary and language complement), plus a performance bonus of up to 10% after your initial 3 months. Enjoy a quarterly retention bonus of 500 EUR.

Unlimited contract and secure schedule: This is a stable unlimited contract position with a 24/7 operating schedule. We'll even provide transportation if public options aren't available during your shift.

Responsibilities:

Review and moderate user-generated content on our platform according to company guidelines.

Ensure a safe and positive online environment for all users.

Identify and escalate potential violations of our terms of service.

Qualifications:

C2 or C1 level German proficiency and B1 level written English proficiency is a must.

Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.

Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.

Bonus points for:

Experience in content moderation.

Understanding of online safety and security best practices.
