Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of HR operations, ensuring compliance with local KSA laws and regulations.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the unique requirements of the KSA market.

Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles.

Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, providing them with essential information about company policies, procedures, and culture.

Partner with department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring timely enrollment, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Maintain HR records and generate reports as needed, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Stay abreast of developments in the KSA labor market and advise senior management on HR trends, best practices, and potential risks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, with a focus on the KSA market.

Thorough understanding of KSA labor laws and regulations.

Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
