Minimum Requirements:
IMM Marketing qualification or equivalent
4 years practical experience
Passionate
IT literate and the ability to handle electronic data
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Needs to be based in Harare, Zimbabwe
Responsibilities:
Know and understand the full company product range and applications to identify opportunities within the indirect market segment.
Identify, understand and document indirect customer market segments, customer profiles and market activity.
Help create and regularly update picture of indirect market activity inter alia heat mapping, geo locating, market share analysis.
Build ongoing and effective relationships with indirect customers.
Identify indirect customers needs and help scope and implement necessary responses to meet those needs.
Create awareness and demand for the company product range within the indirect customer market segment.
Achieve targets set for hosting events, interventions, sales campaigns, branding, etc.
Achieve and exceed set sales targets for indirect customers.
Ensure distribution of accurate information regarding indirect market segment back into business through presentations at sales meetings.
Create loop closure with sales team to ensure activities translate into direct sales.
Ensure indirect customers are properly serviced, maintained, branded and merchandised as necessary.
Ensure brand leadership & product awareness in indirect market segments.
