FILINVEST COMPANY: CRIMSON RESORT & SPA BORACAY
He/She is the first point of contact for all guests. Assigned but not limited to processing guest check in and check out experience, handles transactions, and keeps record of guest profile and preferences. Under the direct supervision of the Front Office Supervisor, he/she is responsible for guest registration, guest check - out, cashiering and foreign exchange. The position is also responsible for facilitating or providing assistance in case of guest queries/requests.
Responding to customer requests
Check supplies to ensure that stock is sufficient for the expected business within the covered shift and/or for the day
Prior to arrivals, prepares all needed documents to facilitate check-in
Direct guests to appropriate lifts and coordinates with concierge staff to bring guests to the room
Check for account instructions
Checks for and coordinates requirements
Files all reports properly and checked out registration cards
Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained at all times at the Front Desk
Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
Qualifications
Any 4 year course graduate, preferably related to Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management
with relevant work experience
With well-developed communication skills and customer relation skills
