Job Description
MUST be able to work any day of the week (including weekends + holidays) and any shift time from 7am-11pm
Oversee the daily operations within the Reservations Department
Supervise Reservation Agents
Responsible for training new employees
Responsible for maintaining Jefferson Hotel Standards within the department
Assist with incoming reservation calls, email requests and processing of website reservations
Resolve guest complaints
Cross trained to perform Front Desk Agent duties to assist as needed
Manage arrivals and ensure all special requests are handled efficiently
Monitor all interfacing systems and report issues to IT Manager
Process Travel Agent Commissions and OTA Reconciliations
Group room block reservation input in conjunction with the Events Manager
