Webmaster

Our client, an Electronic Money Institution, are currently seeking to

hire a Webmasterbased in Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing new features and functionality

Establishing and guiding the websites architecture

Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS

Assisting in formulating an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working template or plugin

Requirements:

Proficient in front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery

Experience with WordPress is essential

Skilled in developing user interfaces for websites and web applications

Expertise in designing and implementing responsive websites.

Familiarity with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome Inspector, etc

Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers

Capable of translating layout designs and wireframes into functional HTML pages

Understanding of interacting with RESTful APIs and working with JSON/XML formats

Strong grasp of PHP back-end development, including marketing servers, SMTP protocols, and mass email programs (desirable)

Ability to deploy VPS servers and linux (debian prefered) commands knowledge is a must

Good command of the English language
