Ford Pro Maintenance Technician Requirements:

Perform all lubrication services & oil changes

Perform necessary preventative maintenance service

Perform tire repairs and replacement

Perform inspection of customers’ vehicles and give necessary repair recommendations to service advisors

Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be quick to learn

Excellent oral and written communication skills and work effectively with the service advisors

Valid driver's license

Able to work weekends

Strong customer service skills

Willingness to work outside in the cold and heat

Physical demands: Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, pull and lift 50 lbs.
