Job Description
We have an immediate opening available for a full-time Leasing Consultant available at Park Vista in Anaheim, CA. This a 392 unit Tax Credit property.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Answering incoming phones.
Greeting and touring prospective residents, able to provide them with community information and rental rates.
Follow up and document status of leads.
Process and verify leasing applications and corresponding documents.
Updating and maintaining records and databases.
Outreach marketing.
Assist Property Manager as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of previous experience leasing apartments
Bilingual in English/Spanish, required
Tax Credit (LIHTC) Experience, required
Yardi experience, strongly preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Top notch organizational skills
Microsoft Office experience
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid driver’s license
Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test
Bilingual, English/Spanish
COMPENSATION:
$17-19, depending on experience
Monthly renewal commission, new move-in commissions, and bonus opportunities
