Who You Are:

You are a dynamic leader, looking to manage all programs for Digital Data. Your role includes adopting the global PMO standards within your team, ensuring you’re resourced to execute on the Digital Data operating model, program management (leading important and highly visible programs in white spaces as well as providing oversight for selected program areas), project definition and support delivery of quality work.

In your role, you will be reporting directly into the VP of Data & AI Strategy, managing data centric programs within its perimeter overseeing $50M+ budgets annually. You will work closely with multiple transversal teams in Data (across foundational data platforms and data portfolio management), Digital (business-facing data & AI products), Tech (infrastructure, cloud, security, Agile) and key business stakeholders. You will have direct people management responsibilities and accountabilities for a team of project managers, scrum masters and analysts, with opportunities to shape your team at your discretion. Leverage and engage resources across the organization to ensure team priorities are delivered.

Manage the RUN business operations for the team’s portfolio, including integration with Finance, Procurement and other corporate functions.

Drive the definition of your team’s roadmap – seeing that it is well defined, budgeted, resourced, and aligned with the evolving priorities of the organization, connecting the dots between various projects, programs and people at Sanofi.
