Bilingual Mortgage Production Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Spanish Speaking Production Manager to join our team at US Mortgage Corporation in Duluth, GA. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of the loan process from start to finish and have the ability to communicate with borrowers and agents in Spanish. As the Production Manager, you will lead the implementation and execution of operational strategies that drive business objectives and provide superior customer experience. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all operational activities and will leverage the latest technologies to develop and maintain efficient processes. Compensation: $50,000 base + aggressive bonuses (There is a potential to earn a six-figure income.)Compensation:

Provide operational support to one of the top Spanish Speaking Loan Officers in the Country

Assist clients as well as other team members to ensure a smooth loan process

Manage a personal pipeline of 10-15 loans at a time while interacting with agents and borrowers as needed

Assist other LOAs on the team with their pipeline as needed

Qualifications:

Must perform well in a high-volume, high-pressure environment

Must have superior problem-solving skills

Must be very knowledgeable about conventional and FHA loan products

Must have a very strong understanding of the loan process from application through closing

Must speak fluent Spanish and English
