Repair jobs and roof maintenance. Ability to diagnose roof leaks and make appropriate repairs to all types of roofs. Woking knowledge of commercial industrial roofing procedures and Safety. Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod, Bit metal roof repairs and slope, tile and singles. Excellent communicatons skills. analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills. Authorized to work in the USA. Valid Driver's License. must pass pre-empoyment drug screen. Ability to work in cold/hot environment. Able to lift 50 pounds, frequent bending, kneeling, climbing. minimum of 5 years experience.
