Primary Parent

Job Description

The Primary Parent is responsible twenty-four hours a day, 365 days per year, to provide for the safety and welfare of the children assigned to their home. The Primary Parent provides a family style environment for the children in care.

Positions available: Full-time (Warminster campus)

Required Attributes: Must be at least 21 years of age and have a High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) and two years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A Bachelor's Degree preferred. Ability to perform Language, Reasoning and Mathematic skills. Individual must be insurable by Christ's Home insurance carrier. Ability to maintain and apply required annual certification. Primary Parents must have proper clearances (FBI, State and Child Abuse clearances) as required by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for employment with children. Primary Parents must be able to pass their bi-annual health certification and maintain approved clearances.
