We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Cashier/Waitress at HWY 9 GRILL. As a Cashier/Waitress, you will play a critical role in providing excellent service to our guests. This position requires a friendly attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Handle cash transactions, provide change, and process card payments.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cashier and dining areas.

Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth workflow.

Uphold company standards for customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience in cashiering and/or waitressing preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills for handling transactions.

Excellent customer service skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
