Role

As a Batchmaker (also known as Mixing Operator, Manufacturing Associate), you'll be responsible for staging and charging raw materials into mixing containers, following batch work instructions to ensure quality production, monitoring and controlling mixing equipment, and making necessary adjustments under QC guidance. You'll also collaborate with supervisors to improve processes and maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.Benefits

Competitive pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Basic math skills and ability to read and comprehend English.

Experience operating high-speed dispersers and other handling equipment.

Physical ability to lift 50-60 pounds and read digital scales. Chemical manufacturing experience is preferred.
