Job Summary:
Basic Engineering Concepts & Technologies, Inc. (BecTech) is a Small Business Program Management and Engineering Services provider to Department of Defense (DoD) Agencies. BecTech is seeking professional candidates to fill the position of full-time Test and Evaluation Manager Remote or in Crystal City, VA.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing the Test & Evaluation (T&E) Program.
Review and evaluate the T&E Master Plan and schedules.
Participate in relevant working group meetings and assist in managing target requirements.
Provide expertise in top-level test strategy and policy development.
Help in crafting test objectives, scenarios, and data collection/analysis plans.
Support integration of technical, programmatic, and operational requirements.
Required Education/Experience:
Requires minimum of 7 years of experience; More than 10 years of experience is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in an engineering field is required.
Demonstrated ability to follow direction and work within a team.
Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Possess good communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Able to obtain and retain a security clearance.
ADA SPECIFICATIONS:
Regular physical activity to include walking, climbing stairs, and standing; frequent period of prolonged sitting may be required.
Ability to speak, read, hear, and write, with or without assistance.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Travel: Less than 5% expected
