Intramed Plus, a leading infusion pharmacy in South Carolina, is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infusion Nurse Manager to based in Columbia. This dynamic role requires the ability to travel weekly to other Intramed Plus locations, ensuring consistency and excellence in clinic operations across multiple sites. As the Infusion Center Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of clinic operations, overseeing a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to provide top-notch patient care. Your role extends beyond mere supervision; you will actively assess current processes, provide education and oversee nursing competency and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our ambulatory clinics.

Collaboration is key in this role. You'll work closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff to streamline patient care access, optimize practice workflows, and ensure fiscal responsibility without compromising on the quality of patient experiences. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining a high standard of clinical care while promoting a culture of safety and adherence to best practices. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, from assessing and planning clinical functions to evaluating operational efficiencies within the nursing unit. Qualifications:

Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited college/university

5+ years minimum of working as a registered nurse

Infusion therapy experience is a must

Previous supervisor or management experience is preferred
