Role

As a Production Welder (also known as Welding Technician, Welding Specialist), you'll be a key team member in the production process, performing weld repairs on castings, dies, molds, fixtures, and other equipment in line with specified procedures and customer requirements. You'll also operate GTAW welding equipment, manage hand tools, and maintain expected quality levels.Benefits

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in manual Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) with remote foot control.

Ability to read and interpret Product Criteria (PC) and Activity Instructions (AI).

Basic knowledge of computers.

Physical ability to perform the role, including occasional bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting.

Ability to work under general supervision and function as a member of a team.
