We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and passionate Machinist to join our vibrant team in the Manufacturing industry. As our Machinist, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and production of various parts and components. This role requires a high level of precision, accuracy, and attention to detail. You will work with a variety of machines and tools, including CNC machines, lathes, mills, grinders, and more. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain a variety of machines including CNC machines, lathes, mills, grinders, and more.

2. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production of parts and components.

3. Perform precision measurements to verify conformance of products to specifications.

4. Set up and adjust machines and equipment as needed for optimal performance.

5. Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.

6. Conduct regular machine inspections to ensure optimal operation and performance.

7. Perform manual machining tasks as needed.

8. Utilize a variety of tools for fabrication, grinding, and tooling tasks.

9. Work in accordance with established safety protocols and procedures.

10. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machinist in the Manufacturing industry.

2. Proficient in CNC machine operation, lathe operation, mill operation, and manual machining.

3. Strong knowledge of quality control principles and precision measurement techniques.

4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

5. Skilled in machine setup, adjustment, and inspection.

6. Experience with grinding, tooling, and fabrication tasks.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

8. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

9. Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

10. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and work for extended periods.

11. High school diploma or equivalent. A certification in machining or a related field is a plus.
