As the Cosmetic Maintenance Manager for our excursion boat company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our fleet maintains its pristine appearance and upholds our brand standards. You will lead a team of cosmetic maintenance technicians in preserving the aesthetic integrity of our vessels, ensuring they remain visually appealing and inviting for our passengers.Responsibilities

Oversee all cosmetic maintenance activities for our excursion boat fleet, including cleaning, detailing, and touch-up work. Develop and implement

comprehensive cosmetic maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure timely and efficient upkeep of all vessels. Lead, train, and motivate a team of cosmetic

maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship. Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer

service, to address any cosmetic maintenance issues that may impact the guest experience. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, detailing equipment, and

cosmetic materials, and coordinate ordering as needed to maintain adequate stock levels. Conduct regular inspections of all boats to identify cosmetic maintenance needs and proactively address any issues to prevent deterioration. Maintain accurate records of all cosmetic maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and associated costs. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in cosmetic maintenance techniques to continuously improve our processes.Location

April to October - Lake Geneva and November to April - Williams BayQualifications

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the marine industry or a related field. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively

lead and inspire a team. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship. Solid organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of cosmetic maintenance techniques, equipment, and materials. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
