Job Description

Position Summary for the Electrical Maintenance Technician:

We are currently hiring Electrical Maintenance Technician for multiple shifts for our facility in Saint Clair Shores, MI. Starting pay is up to $32/hour.

Shift Times for the Electrical Maintenance Technician:

3rd Shift: 10:00pm – 6:30am (Monday – Friday & day on Saturday)

Position Responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Technician:

Work closely with mechanics on the installation of new equipment or the change-over of plant layout requirement the movement of machines and control equipment

Wire machinery

Program machinery using various software programs to automate the machines

Assemble enclosures and panels

Read electrical schematics and other documents to diagnose and repair machinery and equipment

Diagnose & Troubleshoot machinery and equipment, make needed repairs

Communicate with co-workers and others to carry out job duties

Various other duties as required by the department

Travel for installation

Other Backgrounds/titles we would also consider for this role: Machine Tool Electrician, Machine Repair or Maintenance Technician
