POSITION SUMMARY
The BP Energy Center (BPEC) Operations Associate’s role is to facilitate the guest user experience and manage the basic daily operations of the center. To learn more about the center please visit our website:

Greet visitors and provide them with all assistance needed while using the
Manage reservations and communications about using the
Provide a safe and secure environment for
Check in/out users and confirm space is ready for user
Facilitate direction of visitors to correct
Monitor cleanliness of all shared spaces such as restrooms, coffee/tea stations,

Maintain a Monday – Friday 8:00am to 12:00pm
Assist with onsite user support including facility technical questions, room equipment set up, catering procedures, as well as liaising with contractors, and facility
Assist with room cleaning and turnover in between
Assist with answering phones, returning emails, and directing guests to correct
Assist with the reservation system, including scheduling and confirming
Maintain regular communications with BPEC Manager about facility

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of relevant experience totaling a minimum of two (2) years of customer service and customer facing hospitality.
Strong computer skills, including direct experience with a reservation system of any kind and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).

Familiarity with the non-profit sector in

WHAT WE OFFER
The hourly pay range is between $21.50 and $24.50 and is commensurate with experience and expertise.
