JOB DUTIES

Responding to emergency and non-emergency service requests.

Conducting property inspections and/or participating on an inspection team.

Maintaining the mechanical, electrical, and the cleanliness of the building and grounds.

General repairs including but not limited to the repair of drywall, paint, and ceilings.

Efficient turnover of vacant apartments for new residents

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Previous multifamily apartment maintenance experience or skill skills in one or more of the following areas: Painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry.

The ability to participate in emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal.

A positive attitude, strong communication and organizational skills.

A valid Driver's License.

Access to a reliable vehicle.

A pre-employment background check is required.

Must live within 30 minutes of Providence, RI.

Bending, lifting (approx 60lbs. Max), Walking, Traveling. Able to walk on and visually inspect roof tops and roof facilities as needed.
