Lead Disaster Restoration Technician

Salary: $20 - $30/ HR + BONUS

We have been in business since 1982 and are an industry leader in water, smoke, fire restoration and mold remediation to both homes and commercial properties.

We are seeking new team members who are driven by a sense of service as a Lead Disaster Restoration Technician. This is a great opportunity to grow with us! Average annual total compensation range for this level employee is between $50,000 and $60,000.

Common duties include:

Meeting with customers, scoping/managing the disaster restoration jobs, communicating with office staff, customers and insurance adjusters. Management of restoration technicians, paperwork, and proper documentation on jobs.

Removing wet/damaged building materials, extracting water from flooded buildings, carpet cleaning, contents cleaning, mold remediation and fire damage cleanup and restoration.

Participating in rotating on call schedule - Some evening and weekend hours are necessary as we are a 24/7 disaster response company.

Minimum Requirements:

- Experience managing projects and people

- Excellent interpersonal/communication and customer service skills

- Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times

- Works well with others in a team environment

- Must pass criminal background check

- Must pass pre-employment drug screening

- Must have a valid driver’s license

- Must speak, read and understand English

- Technician must be able to lift 75 pounds
