Job Description

We seek an individual to assist us with routine tasks, such as placing and picking up signs, lock boxes, keys, flyers, and document delivery. Meeting photographers, appraisers, inspectors, and contractors. Ability to take photos of property and needed repairs or completed repairs. Must have a reliable car and clean driving record. Flexible hours.Compensation:

$12.50 hourlyResponsibilities:

Complete assigned tasks within the allotted time

Professionally represent our firm to clients and customers

Ability to take and transmit cell phone photos

Ability to use GPS

Proficiency with email for receiving instructions

Qualifications:

Ability to meet time schedules

Ability to follow directions

Ability to take clear photos on a cell phone

Willingness to work a flexible schedule

Reliable car and clean driving record
