Service Manager - Analytical Lab Instruments - GC, MS, HPLC

Seeking a Service Manager who shall monitor the performance and efficiency of regional field service representatives.

Maintain updated reports of work performed, problems encountered and the customer satisfaction of the field service representatives.

Determine which field service reps need more training.

Shall also be responsible for the performance of the given territory regarding revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: *** 3+ years experience servicing analytical instruments performing High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Gas Chromatography, Spectrometry, Elemental Analysis, or similar functions.

*** Some experience in a leadership position.
