Marketing Specialist
Qualification:• MBA in Marketing/Marketing Analytics domain
• Experience in data analysis is a must.
• Courses with hand on learning in the data/statistical domain would be a huge plus.
Responsibility:Project, Process, and Business Responsibilities
Basis all the marketing data available, draw out a plan in terms of 360degree analysis approach basis client requirements enabling insights that lead to business decisioning.
Market Research Undertaking competitor, consumer, brand analysis with both primary and secondary data sources along with 1st,2nd, 3rd party data as applicable.
Undertake campaign performance analysis across the funnel including, measurement, analysis, and reporting from both KPI/metrics and creative standpoint.
Analyse the overall brand performance in terms of sales and other tangible metrics across ecommerce/offline and other functions.
Identify and map customer journeys Basis marketing performance data, provide recommendation to enhance objectives across the funnel and improve customer lifetime value.
Leading efforts of A/B Testing strategies and basis insights providing recommendations of optimization across channels.
Thought leadership on the current trends and best practices that enable further value to marketing performance analysis.
Being the key client stakeholder, strengthening business relationships, interacting with various internal & external stakeholders.
Lead and mentor marketing analysts to ensure timely delivery ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Contributing to efforts of business expansion with newer approach to problem solving.
