Role: Marketing UX SME
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine user experiences through research, prototyping and design implementation
Create re-usable campaign templates and thematic across platforms
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
Identify process gaps and inefficiencies that impact the user experience. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement process improvements and streamline operations
Collaborate with Digital Marketing experts, content/wordpress developers to tie in the campaign concepts and content themes in customer-facing campaigns
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to user experience. Continuously explore innovative solutions to enhance the user journey and differentiate the brand
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience in UX role
Understanding of Digital Marketing & the way marketing campaigns work
Strong understanding and knowledge of Design Thinking principles
A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
Able to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels within the company
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects to meet established deadlines
Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications with the ability to learn new and existing company-specific software applications to compiling and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data for making insightful recommendations
