What defines this job?
Perform assigned functions, processes, and procedures that meet customer orders specifications, quality requirements, and production standards
Assigned functions may include blasting, cleaning, stripping, fixturing, inspecting, and assisting machine operators and other departments as needed
Load and unload customer products into machines (if assigned) while handling parts with care
De-fixture batch loads after processing
Carry out basic visual inspection on parts after processing
Other Duties as assigned

What do we ask?
Previous experience in Manufacturing or other related field. (2+ years preferred.) Mechanical, Electrical + Troubleshooting experience a plus! Familiarity with machine operation, manufacturing tools and equipment. Strong critical thinking skills. Ability to communicate effectively. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Good dexterity skills, able to handle precision machined parts. Able to read instructions in English and read documents as small as 8-font size. Position is working 7:00 PM to 7:15 AM, a 2, 3, 2 schedule (Mon-Tue, Fri-Sat-Sun, Wed-Thurs). Able to sit/stand during an 12-hour shift. Some weekend work required. Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a preplacement criminal background check and physical screening. *Applicants will start on contingent basis through staffing service. Full-Time, Regular hire date to be determined 90-180 days, based on production and performance.
