As a customer service team leader, you will respond to customer inquiries, guide customers through the purchasing process, make product or service recommendations, and issues or technical concerns while leading and mentoring a small team.

To be successful in this position, mechanical aptitude is required.
Responsibilities:
· Manage key accounts
· Act as the point of contact for clients
· Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
· Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
· Identify new potential customers
· Stay up to date with new features and product launches
· Lead, mentor and grow a small team
· Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
· Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
Success Factors:
Leadership Experience – successful history leading a sales/customer service team of 5 to 20 people.
Must have 3-5 years proven sales team growth of 10-20%
Have the technical ability to help our customers find solutions to their projects. Strong mechanical aptitude is required.
Good at building long-term relationships with customers and members
Able to understand and communicate effectively with customers both verbally and written.
Travel 25-35%
Bachelor’s degree: Focus on Engineering, a plus
