Manufacturing Production Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manufacturing Production Supervisor, your roles include:

· Ensure quality standards are met and targets established in the QMS are achieved.

· Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees, as well as monitor their performance and progress from production start through shipment.

· Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules optimizing day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs.

· Hire and lead assigned production staff and provide coaching, training, and feedback

· Lead and support production team to enable a continuous improvement culture.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

· Prior experience in Electrical product manufacturing with control panel assembly preferred.

· Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, UL508A, and other related quality and electrical manufacturing standards.

· Proven experience in reading and interpreting technical prints and designs.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees and internal stakeholders.

· Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.

· BS or BA in Engineering, Operations or Equivalent Experience

· Lean Six Sigma Certification desired.
