Job Overview
This position is responsible for advancing the sales goals of the generic pharmaceutical arm of our client. The qualified candidate will manage his/her responsibilities by achieving organizational, territory sales, and market share goals. Regular phone and face-to-face interaction with our smaller chain, GPO, and wholesaler customers is an essential part of the position, building relationships in both business and social settings at customer tradeshows and industry meetings. Negotiating, initiating, and executing proposals is an essential part of the job.
Qualifications - Skills & Requirements
Proven track record of sales growth performance
Experienced sales professional with superb presentation skills
Must have experience in managing similarly extensive and growing portfolio
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
Must have exceptional organization and prioritization skills
Must have outstanding negotiation skills
Microsoft Excel experience necessary
Some travel may be required.
Education & Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the generic pharmaceutical industry, specifically Sales and Marketing
MBA preferred, Bachelor's Degree required
