Our client, a leader in innovative healthcare solutions focused on enhancing the well-being of aging adults and individuals with disabilities, is seeking a Registered Nurse Director to lead clinical operations within their organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in geriatric care and a track record of effective leadership in managing staff, budgets, and patient care.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction and leadership for all clinical operations.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain standards of care.

Lead and develop a skilled team of healthcare professionals, collaborating closely with Physician Leadership.

Oversee patient care and quality outcomes, emphasizing person-centered care and adherence to best practice Quality measures.

Ensure nursing team competencies are met.

Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement policies supporting organizational goals.

Manage the clinical operations budget, allocating resources effectively to support high-quality care delivery.

Foster relationships with external partners, including healthcare providers and regulatory agencies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field, with current RN license in California.

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare, preferably in geriatric care.

Proficiency in clinical operations and best practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with strategic decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.

Experience with electronic health records, EPIC preferred.

Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in nursing or related field.

Certification in geriatric nursing or related specialty.

Experience in older adult care models.
