Chinese Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Istaffing is now hiring a warehouse CSR for the city of Ontario!

MUST BE BILINGUAL IN CHINESE AND ENGLISH!

EXPERIENCE WITH THE SIT-DOWN FORKLIFT.

1st shift

Monday - Friday

8:30AM - 5:30PM

Pay: $25 - $26 DOE

Responsibilities:

Daily receiving coordination. Confirm the accuracy and condition of incoming goods and ensure that they are stored in the proper location.

Manage inventory and control FIFO to minimize loss and maximize accuracy in stock level through regular stock count.

Monitor daily shipping processes. Plan and arrange the work content for the next day, next week or next month.

Maintain and develop positive business partnerships and efficient communication with suppliers and logistic service providers.

Train new warehouse workers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Implement and maintain the standard operating procedures for warehouse processes.

Provide daily work inventory report and regular reports of warehousing activities including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure efficiency and timeliness.

Requirements:

Experience of warehouse management is a plus.

ECCANG WMS system experience is a plus.

Familiar with Microsoft Office / WPS

License to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.

Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff with leadership. Strong responsibility and logical thinking.

Excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility to allocation resources

Knowledge of warehousing safety and regulations

Bilingual in Chinese and English, both written and verbal

Certified on the sit down forkliftCompany Description

Must be able to commute to job site on a daily basis.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, must be able to work weekends depending on work load
