Property Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all property management activities and transactions. Must speak Chinese

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all property management activities

Investigate and resolve shareholder/owner complaints

Project management experience

Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion

Supervise and train property staff

Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations

Make sure that all Board goals are met

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management

Project Management experience

Ability to build rapport with shareholders/owners

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent computer skills

Chinese or Spanish speaker welcome Company Description
