Job Description

Job Summary:

Answering phones

Helping with applications – validating, approving, denying, renewing, and verifying eligibility on applications

Taking payments

Answering questions regarding eligibility

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Position Type: Evaluation to Hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00A-4:30P

Pay: $22-23 /hr

Qualifications:

Ability to think critically and pays attention to detail

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Call Center experience is a plus
