Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from candidates, employees, and clients.

Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance.

Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and benefits administration.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a staffing or recruitment environment.

Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
