Title: Production Associates - Heavy Lifting

Pay: $14.50 per hour

Shift: 1st shift -- 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm

Location: Akron, OH

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Follows production SOPs in regards to morning setup, daily tasks, changeovers, and end-of-day clean-up procedures on all equipment.

Adheres to all established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and product specification to ensure safe, wholesome quality product.

Always observes quality standards.

Identifies defects to inspection for rework back onto the production line.

May repair, handle and/or redistribute rework product.

Checks and fills all hoppers making adjustments as needed.

Communicates with other employees regarding changes or concerns about the product quality during production runs.

Documents and completes production paperwork as needed for each necessary task.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Must have the ability to work both individually and with a team.

Must be able to help wherever is needed, and be a team player.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. consistently
