Job Description

A rapidly growing and fast-paced defense law firm located in the Winter Park/Maitland area is seeking a Medical Malpractice Litigation Paralegal with five or more years of Nursing Home and/or Medical Malpractice experience.

The primary responsibilities of this position are trial preparation, drafting & filing pleadings & motions, indexing litigation files, issuing subpoenas to witnesses for depositions and trial, gathering case evidence and documentation, preparing and updating case correspondences, assisting with mediations and depositions, and assisting with discovery requests. The firm offers an excellent compensation package, including health, dental, life, LTD, 401k, and PTO. The firm offers a hybrid partial WFH schedule after a probationary period.
