Bookkeeper

Job Description

Growing window and door company in St Pete is looking for a full time bookkeeper to join our team. You'll be collaborating with our CPA and admin staff to ensure day-to-day transactions are processed and financial records are prepared properly.

This is a full time position in our office, with a schedule of 10am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities include:

Making journal entries into Quickbooks Online

Processing customer payments

Preparing weekly payroll through ADP

Preparing and evaluating basic statements and financial reports

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized and have strong computer skills.
