Research Engineer II (Flight Test)

The eVTOL Research and Innovation Centre at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, is looking for a Research Engineer II in the area of Flight Testing.

Key Responsibilities:

To prepare flight test plan

To build experimental test models

To conduct flight test and assess flying qualities.

To prepare flight test report

To provide engineering solutions

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Aeronautical engineering, aerospace Engineering, or related field.

Have at least 100 hours of piloting experience in flying real airplanes.

Have at least 500 hours experience in flying radio control model airplanes, quadcopters and also model helicopters.

Have pilots operating license for larger than 7 kg models.

Have at least one year or more experience in conducting flight test and familiar with Coopers-Harpers handling assessment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can present results in clear manner.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Fluent English skill is a must.
