We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities: Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Assist customers with product information, order placement, and account management.

Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues as needed.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in accordance with company policies.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.

Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Empathy and a genuine desire to help customers resolve their issues.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
