Your Role You will be responsible for continuing to grow our sales & market presence.

You will lead a team of ASMs/TMs & ensure all key performance indicators are well monitored & delivered.

A Typical Day Plan and ensure achievement of sales objective (Value/Volume – product, territory wise, new launches/etc.) Manage end to end business at the Key accounts with regards to sales & retail marketing deployment.

Effectively participate in organizational growth by adding new trade partners through branch teams.

Ensure business growth through Key accounts, by developing the required level of relationship and engagement with decision makers & key influencers.

Drive & effectively implement major & key initiatives at Branch level in areas of market development, product launch & Sales operation.

Set sales forecast for the Branch along with micro level planning (Existing & New partner planning, visibility plan, Demo activity plan, Influencer activity &ASM wise deliverables). Weekly review with ASMs on all KPI’s to ensure service levels are achieved to trade partner and customer satisfaction.

Regular coordination & collaboration has to be there with Service team.

Ensure monitoring & delivering KPI’s of all In shop promoters & demonstrators along with ASMs.

Should be thorough with the product knowledge & competition offering in the space Should be hands on with the Product demo & prospect conversion, through sales pitch & demo.

Ensure to monitor & execute ground level marketing activities like – Society demo, Live cooking activities by coordinating with Marketing team.

Ensure Daily/Weekly & Monthly data submission of Self & the Branch team members.

Who You Are Ability to work under pressure & exhibits High level of Energy Negotiator/Engager – You have a demonstrated track record of being able to engage others around your ideas/suggestion Self starter – You are enthusiastic and self motivated & able to perform with minimum supervision Communicative – Strong verbal and written Collaborative/Confident – You have developed the ability to create and reinforce functional relationships with senior business people with a foundation of business acumen & operational understanding.

Computer skills (excel, word, power point) are MUST 7-8 years' experience in sales, preferably handling multiple channels in FMCD/FMCG/Building material BE/B.
