Job Description
LHH is recruiting a Legal Nurse Consultant for the Cleveland Office of a Regional Law Firm. The position is hybrid remote. The legal nurse consultant will be required to be in the office from time to time. Responsibilities:
Provides consultation, research, and investigation of medical records
Provides medical record chronology, summary, and/or analysis
Research medical literature for cases
Analyzes pre-deposition and post-deposition transcript data on expert witnesses
Provides pre-trial and trial support for attorneys
Investigates potential medical billing irregularities
Researches and recommends medical experts
Provides data and assistance to medical experts
Other duties as assignedSkills, Qualifications & Educational Requirements:
B.S.N. with minimum of 5 years clinical experience with a valid state registered nursing license
Obstetrics experience is a plus
Legal Nurse Consultant Certificate (LNCC) preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other office technology, including document management tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform billable work and record time in accordance with client/firm policy
Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently while using sound judgment in decision-making

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per hour
