Duties
Oversee and manage all scheduling and calendar management for the Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Plant Manager, and Executive Team
Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Plant Manager
Coordinate with global partners to organize international travel
Coordinate on and offsite meetings for both internal and external customers
Process expense reporting for the Chief Executive Officer
Provide administrative assistance to all departments within the company
Special projects assigned by the Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Plant Manager or other Executive Team members
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
Experience handling sensitive and confidential material and situations
Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
Attention to detail and proactive with analytical and communication skills
