Staff and Cost Accountant

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant for our client located in Costa Mesa. This position will be working onsite.

Pay up to $85,000

Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

Will be responsible for handling the full cycle GL process

Monthly journal entries, accruals, prepaid expenses and audits

Responsible for job costing

Account analysis, bank reconciliations, and balance sheets accounts

Month-end close process and assisting with the monthly financialsRequirements for the Staff Accountant:

BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required

3+ years of GL accounting experience

Construction industry experience is plus

Strong Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, sumifs, formulas)

Strong verbal and written communication skills
