Sharepoint Developer - Power Platform

Role : Power platform SharePoint online Developer.

Location : Bangalore (Looking only locals). Notice Period : 15 Days.

Key Skills : SharePoint Online and Power Platform, SharePoint framework (SPFx). C2H : Initially one-year extendable contract with our pay role.

Responsibilities : Design and Develop SharePoint Solutions : - Design, develop, test, and deploy custom SharePoint applications, sites, and workflows using best practices.

- Customize SharePoint features, web parts, templates, and master pages to enhance functionality and user experience.

- Implement effective information architecture and metadata strategies.

Requirements Analysis and Solution Proposal : - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions within SharePoint.

- Analyze existing systems and processes to propose and implement improvements using SharePoint technologies.

Technical Leadership and Mentorship : - Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to junior developers and team members.

- Lead and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.

Documentation and Training: - Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of Power Apps and Power BI solutions.

- Train end-users and colleagues on using SharePoint Online effectively.

Implementation and Support : - Deploy SharePoint solutions and provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate SharePoint with other systems and applications.

Governance and Compliance : - Ensure adherence to governance policies, security standards, and compliance requirements within SharePoint solutions.

- Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and technical processes.

- Stay Updated and Innovate : Keep up to date with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 technologies.

- Make recommendations for adopting new features and functionalities.

Key Competencies / Skills : - Proven work experience as a Senior Power Platform developer or similar role 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development, including SharePoint Online and Power Platform, SharePoint out of box and other Microsoft 365 technologies.
